Shipping costs
Shipping covers handling, packaging and postage. Handling is a fixed fee; transport cost scales with your order's total weight.
We recommend grouping everything into a single order — we can't combine two separate orders, and shipping applies to each individually.
Every order is packed in sturdy boxes so it arrives in perfect condition.
EU shipments — duties & taxes
All EU shipments include VAT. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we cover all duties and taxes, so nothing extra is charged on delivery.
Non-EU shipments — duties & taxes
Orders outside the EU may face import VAT, customs duties and local taxes on arrival. We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — these fees aren't collected by us and must be paid by the recipient to release the package.
Check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure what applies.
